At Smart Water Window Cleaning we have always strived to provide quality services at the lowest possible prices, we know you are affected by the cost of living crisis, we feel this as a business too.
As you know we provide a text service, the day before we're coming we text to let you know your clean is the next day. Unfortunately we’ve had a significant increase in people either not leaving their gate open as requested or texting us back, on the day of the clean, to ask us not to attend. We have been as accommodating as possible in these instances but this is now having an impact on the business.
From December 2023 onwards if you do not leave your gate open or cancel on the day of your clean you will be charged the full amount for the clean. The reason for this is the time to clean has been reserved for you, we cannot fill that space with another clean on the day and therefore we’re financially impacted.
This is not a change we wanted to make but feel we have no longer have a choice.
